Anastrozole Is a non-steroidal drug used to treat breast cancer. In five to eight decades of life, breast cancer women have been thoroughly studied. Some breast cancer depends on the growth of estrogen. Arimidex works by inhibiting the level of estrogen in the body, thereby reducing the growth of breast cancer. Although taking tamoxifen, the drug is a first-line treatment for postmenopausal women with early breast cancer or advanced breast cancer. Arimidex is usually combined with other drugs for the treatment of postmenopausal women with breast cancer.
